We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager, Growth to own and optimize this journey end-to-end: driving incremental registrations, improving conversion across every step of the funnel, and shipping experiments fast enough to compound learning into measurable growth.

This is a high-visibility, high-urgency role sitting at the center of Greenlight’s Growth team. You’ll work cross-functionally with Marketing, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Payments, Partnerships, Legal, Risk and Compliance and you’ll have direct line-of-sight to executive leadership. The right person moves fast, thinks in experiments, and treats every data point as a signal to act on. This role reports to the Senior Director of Product and sits within the Product Led Growth team. You will be embedded in a dedicated cross-functional pod with Engineering and Design, with close partnerships across Marketing, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Payments, Partnerships, Legal, Risk and Compliance.

Our stance on salaries

Greenlight provides a competitive compensation package with a market-based approach to pay and will vary depending on your location, experience and skill set. The total compensation package for this position will also include a discretionary performance bonus, equity rewards, medical benefits, 401K match, and more. Greenlight conducts continuous compensation evaluations across departments and geographies to ensure we are keeping our pay current and competitive. The estimated base pay range for this position in (NY, CA, WA): $160,000 - 210,000

The estimated base pay range for this position in (CO): $160,000 - 200,000
