Broker Manager - Third Party

Now, about this opportunity… In this role, you'll help grow and strengthen Judo’s third-party channel by building trusted relationships with aggregators, brokers and referrers, while identifying quality lending opportunities that support Australian SMEs and align with Judo’s risk appetite. • Build and maintain strong relationships with aggregators, brokers and referrers, becoming a trusted partner across Judo’s third-party network
• Provide support, training and guidance that deepens understanding of Judo’s products, credit appetite and processes
• Identify and facilitate commercial lending opportunities that align with Judo’s risk appetite and customer proposition
• Partner with brokers, referrers and bankers to progress quality lending opportunities and deliver a seamless customer experience
• Manage broker and referrer portfolios to drive engagement, strengthen networks and generate consistent transaction flow
• Maintain compliance across the third-party portfolio while supporting the broader Third Party team and continuously improving how we work
