Manager, Portfolio Credit Risk

Now, about this opportunity… We're looking for a Manager, Portfolio Credit Risk to play a key role in strengthening Judo's credit risk management framework and supporting the continued growth of our portfolio. Reporting to the Head of Portfolio Credit Risk, you'll lead critical portfolio risk analytics, expected credit loss (ECL) assessment activities and provision stress testing, helping ensure our credit risk methodologies remain robust, fit-for-purpose and aligned to evolving business needs. You'll work closely with teams across Risk, Finance, Investor Relations and senior business stakeholders, delivering insights that support informed decision-making and strong risk outcomes.

• Lead the ongoing enhancement and governance of Judo's IFRS 9 / AASB 9 Expected Credit Loss (ECL) methodology and provisioning framework.
• Oversee portfolio credit risk analytics, provision assessments and stress testing activities, delivering meaningful insights to support executive decision-making.
• Assess provision adequacy and emerging portfolio risks, providing constructive challenge and independent risk perspectives.
• Drive continuous improvement of credit risk models, methodologies, reporting and governance frameworks.
• Partner with Finance, Investor Relations and Risk teams to support internal and external reporting requirements, including regulatory obligations.
• Present analysis and recommendations to senior management, risk committees and executive stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to automate, streamline and enhance risk reporting, analytics and processes.
• Support the development of portfolio risk capabilities across the broader Credit Risk function.
• Foster a collaborative team environment focused on learning, development and continuous improvement.
