Senior Product Manager

Reporting to the GM Product, the Senior Product Manager will have the opportunity to shape Judo’s lending products from strategy through to execution. You’ll contribute to the roadmap, identify opportunities and develop new ideas, while staying close to the delivery, implementation and ongoing improvement of our products. • Work with the Product team to manage and optimise Judo’s lending products as commercial portfolios, balancing customer, banker, shareholder and regulatory needs.
• Shape lending product strategy and roadmaps, enhancing existing propositions and identifying new customer, growth and commercial opportunities.
• Use customer, financial, risk and market insights to drive portfolio performance, pricing, proposition development and better customer outcomes.
• Lead complex product initiatives end to end, from discovery and design through to execution and delivery, including product migrations, portfolio clean up, remediation and continuous improvement.
• Own and contribute to product governance, risk and regulatory requirements, balancing customer, commercial and compliance outcomes.
• Build trusted relationships across the business, partnering with teams to deliver product improvements and bring new ideas to life, while constructively challenging established thinking.
