Role Objectives

• Evolving Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement world-class recruitment strategies for product and engineering roles, helping transition our processes toward predictive data analytics and modern forecasting to make faster, smarter hiring decisions.
• High-Touch Relationship Building: Build long-term relationships with top tech talent in the Brazilian market. Identify and implement automation to eliminate manual administrative bottlenecks, freeing up your time to guide candidates through a remarkable, personalized end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Optimizing the Candidate Journey: Ensure all candidates have a positive experience, championing the adoption of modern CRM automation and nurturing tools to maintain a robust, engaged talent network for future opportunities.
• Modernizing Sourcing: Innovate sourcing techniques by piloting and integrating advanced search algorithms, natural language search, and outbound automation to identify and attract passive product and engineering talent tailored to the São Paulo tech landscape.
• Data-Driven Partnerships: Partner with hiring teams to support initiatives including onboarding, talent mapping, and salary benchmarking—helping introduce market intelligence tools to provide real-time talent insights.
• Targeted Recruitment Marketing: Collaborate with the Employer Brand team to execute data-driven recruitment marketing campaigns and events specific to São Paulo's unique tech market.
• Process Optimization & Scalability: Utilize advanced data analytics to identify pipeline bottlenecks, introducing scalable automation to address hiring challenges and optimize processes for global growth.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the wider People team to ensure a seamless employee experience from onboarding through integration.
