Outsourcing Project Manager (KYC)

We’re looking for an Outsourcing Project Manager to join our team in the Tallinn office, to lead and manage projects for the KYC Vendor Management and Outsourcing teams. This role is a unique opportunity to lead and execute projects of varying complexity, and drive changes with our outsourced partners, further impacting our Wise mission. • Executing Global Projects - Lead and execute projects which positively impact metrics and targets, while managing project timelines, and adapting to unexpected challenges.
• Service Optimization - Participate in Operational taskforces and own cross-functional projects which involve stakeholders from Ops, Vendor teams, VM team, and SSE Teams.
• Change Management - Manage and communicate changes resulting from process improvements, communicating this adequately to both the VM team and outsourced teams.
• Working with data & reporting - Works with the Reporting team and analysts on outsourcing specific metrics as well as agent performance data to support the vendor managers.
• Tools & Documentation - Maintain a general understanding of the technical aspects of operational tools and processes, and create thorough and precise project pages, documenting tasks, decisions and retros.
