Senior Data Analytics Manager

We are looking for a Senior Data Analytics Manager to lead analytics for the Americas Compliance Analytics branch of the Compliance & Internal Audit Analytics team at Wise. You’ll partner with 2nd line Compliance in North America and Latin America to ensure they can execute against the Compliance regulatory reporting schedule, as well as leveraging data to proactively monitor risks. You’ll lead a team of 3-4 analysts, so your time will be split between hands-on work (40%) and leadership responsibilities (60%).

The Compliance Analytics team supports Compliance by using analytics to provide more coverage, efficiency and accuracy to testing and monitoring, as well as building innovative tools and using automation to support regulatory reporting and other Compliance activities. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Partnering with stakeholders across the Compliance function covering all regions, products and domains of the business (including Financial Crime, Ops, Risk, Finance and IT)
• Taking ownership of the engagement model between analytics and Compliance for delivering regulatory reporting and moving towards building automated pipelines for recurring reports
• Identifying & implementing opportunities to do the most impactful analytics within testing projects and influencing and upskilling your partners in Compliance to do the same
• Defining and tracking KPIs to measure the team’s success and impact
• Championing innovation and data-driven insights across all Compliance activities where analytics can add value
• Leading automation and tooling projects to increase efficiency across Compliance
