KYC Operations Senior Manager

As a KYC Operations Senior Manager for KYC Business, you would be the full owner of your space, driving strategic direction and operational excellence across key sites and functional domains. In this role, you would be responsible for defining and executing your area's strategic objectives and building high-performing teams that consistently achieve our operational targets and quality standards. You would lead various cross-team initiatives to streamline processes, ensuring our business customer verifications remain compliant, seamless, and scalable. By acting as a Wise culture ambassador and clearly articulating complex challenges, you would inspire your team to be successful and enable the Wise mission to move money without borders.

• Oversee multiple KYC Operations Senior Team Leads, focusing on building a high-performing leadership tier through continuous development and succession planning.
• Lead complex, cross-team initiatives to streamline processes, increase automation, and enhance efficiency across your sites or domains.
• Take full responsibility for your area's KPIs, using data-driven insights to manage resource allocation and refine standard operating procedures.
• Communicate complex regulatory and operational topics in an engaging way, collaborating with central functions and compliance to evolve internal policies.
