People Partner Project Manager

We are seeking a methodical, analytical, and collaborative People Partner Project Manager to join our global People Partners team. In this role, you will play a vital part in executing our People Strategy and business functions’ people plans, ensuring our business scales efficiently while maintaining an exceptional Wiser experience. Working alongside our People Partners team, you will help turn data into actionable insights and people projects, coordinate and manage complex people projects, and fuel the People team’s seamless engine across People team’s Centre of Excellence teams.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver End-to-End Project Management - Partner closely with the Global People Partners team, broader People team, and business stakeholders to manage timelines, deliverables, and tracking mechanisms for process dependencies and cross-functional People Partners projects. Lead the everyday coordination of agreed people project activities, actively managing project tracking, chasing deliverables, and maintaining close alignment with key stakeholders.
• Enable Data-Driven Insights - Maintain, analyse, and visualise agreed People metrics to flag trends, evaluate team health, and build narrative stories using data to inform stakeholder decisions and enable accurate project scoping.
• Facilitate Change Management - Partner on the design and delivery of project change management and communication plans, ensuring seamless rollouts and organisational alignment across stakeholders.
