DEI Partner Lead
You'll lead DEI across Wise's People function—partnering with leaders to diagnose challenges, co-create and deliver action plans, and drive measurable progress. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. You'll need to think big picture and roll up your sleeves to make change happen. What you'll be doing People Partnering & Advisory
- Partner with People COEs (Talent, L&D, Reward, Employee Relations, People Experience and Employee Brand) and business leaders to embed DEI in talent processes, policies, and culture and products.
- Diagnose inclusion gaps through data and listening; co-create action plans with accountability
- Coach managers and People Partners on inclusive leadership, bias mitigation, and complex DEI-related employee matters
DEI Programming & Capability Building
- Design and deliver DEI training and learning journeys (in-person and virtual)
- Build toolkits and resources that enable managers and teams to act on inclusion day-to-day
- Support and govern Wise's employee communities (ERGs), ensuring alignment with business goals
Measurement, Reporting & Compliance
- Own DEI metrics, dashboards, and narrative reporting for leadership and the Board
- Manage global regulatory reporting (pay gap, EEO, workforce diversity) across jurisdictions
- Track progress against DEI goals and surface insights to inform strategy
Strategy & Influence
- Shape Wise's DEI roadmap in partnership with the People Leadership Team
- Advise on risk, reputation, and opportunity related to DEI and take steps to mitigate.
- Represent Wise externally and bring best practice back into the business
- Work with Regional People teams to deliver local plans, acknowledging cultural and regional differences.
