Senior Data Analyst - Compliance

We are looking for a Senior Analyst to join the LatAm Compliance Analytics branch of the Compliance & Internal Audit Analytics team at Wise. You will join a team of analysts who own the reporting layer for Compliance activities to give assurance to the Board and our regulators that we are effectively managing the risks we face. These activities include regulatory reporting- both routine and ad hoc- as well as compliance monitoring and testing. You’ll partner with 2nd line Compliance in Latin America to ensure they can execute against the Compliance regulatory reporting schedule, as well as leveraging data to proactively monitor risks.

• Partnering with stakeholders across the Compliance function covering all products and domains of the business (including Financial Crime, Ops, Risk, Finance and IT) primarily in the LatAm region
• Contribute towards building the engagement model between analytics and Compliance for delivering regulatory reporting and moving towards building automated pipelines for recurring reports
• Identifying & implementing opportunities to do the most impactful analytics within testing projects and influencing and upskilling your partners in Compliance to do the same
• Championing innovation and data-driven insights across all Compliance activities where analytics can add value
• Leading automation and tooling projects to increase efficiency across Compliance
