Senior Product Analyst (IC2), SEND
We’re looking for a Senior Product Analyst who’s passionate about our mission — Money Without Borders — to join our Global Send Experience team. The team’s goal is to make sending money across borders and domestically feel seamless, almost magical. Send is Wise’s original product, and the insights you uncover will shape decisions affecting millions of customers and billions of pounds in money moving. We’re also expanding the ways people can move money across borders. You’ll help us understand where customers need new ways to send, and turn those opportunities into products and experiences. Working closely with the Product Manager and Engineering Lead, you’ll help shape the strategy, prioritize features and guide the product from early ideas through launch and global scale. This is a chance to help build what comes next for Send from the ground up.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
You’ll help the Global Send Experience team understand how people send money today, where the experience falls short, and what new ways of moving money customers need.
- Find opportunities: Combine customer, product and market data to uncover friction in the sending experience and new cross-border use cases we could support.
- Shape what we build: Work with Product Managers, Engineers and other Analysts to size opportunities, test assumptions and help the team choose what to prioritize.
- Measure what matters: Define success measures for your area, monitor how they change, and make sure the team can trust the data behind them.
- Learn through experimentation: Design and analyze experiments and other evaluations to understand whether product changes make a meaningful difference for customers.
- Influence decisions: Turn analysis into clear recommendations, explain the trade-offs and help the team act on what it learns.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with large, complex datasets.
- Experience using data to shape product decisions, from defining a problem and sizing an opportunity to measuring the results.
- A sound understanding of experimentation and statistics, and experience applying them in a product context. Python or R experience is useful.
- The ability to explain complex findings clearly and tailor your recommendations to different audiences.
- Curiosity about customer behavior and the judgment to distinguish a useful insight from an interesting number.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience helping launch a new product, feature or product line.
- Experience with analytics tools such as Looker, Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience improving data instrumentation or building reliable transformations and pipelines.
Please note we are not able to offer visa sponsorship for this level
