PR Manager, LatAm (6-month fixed-term position)

The LatAm press team manages reporter engagement, earned media campaigns, crisis response, and stakeholder relations across Brazil, Mexico, and Chile. This is a 6-month fixed-term position providing full coverage for a maternity leave (Dec 2026 – May 2027) for our Regional PR Lead. In this role, you will report directly to the Head of PR for Americas

What you'll do

• Support strategy and execution across earned media, integrated campaigns, product launches, and everyday press office
• Drive high-quality execution of campaigns such as product education in Latam cultural newsjacking and experiential brand moments
• The LatAm Comms team manages press offices, earned media campaigns, crisis response, and stakeholder relations across key markets including Brazil, Mexico, and Chile.
• Consistently manage the agencies on earned media coverage for launches, partnerships, and thought leadership
• Build and maintain strategic media relationships across business, tech, lifestyle, and consumer media, keeping a pulse on the press landscape
• Identify and collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as Marketing, Product, Growth, and Banking & Expansion teams, to tell market-specific stories for Brazilian, Chilean, Mexican audience
• Manage performance measurement and reporting
