Due to the continued and rapid growth of Wise, we’re on the hunt for experienced Finance professionals to join our FP&A team in London. You’ll be part of the team that helps pilot the rocket ship. This is an individual contributor role with end-to-end ownership of defined FP&A workstreams supporting specific business areas. You’ll operate with significant autonomy, partner with senior stakeholders and work with FP&A leads when decisions have wider implications across Wise.

Your mission

• You’ll be a trusted finance partner to senior stakeholders, combining financial and operational insight to help them understand performance, key drivers and trade-offs, and make better decisions.
• You’ll lead planning and forecasting for your areas, challenging assumptions, tracking performance and contributing to longer-term plans.
• You’ll build scalable models and reporting for the areas you support, using relevant metrics and scenarios to make risks and opportunities clear.
• You’ll assess investments, pricing, growth and efficiency initiatives through robust business cases, ROI and payback analysis, providing recommendations that help stakeholders prioritise resources.
• You’ll lead workstreams within complex cross-functional projects and improve FP&A processes, data quality and reporting in the areas you support, sharing best practice across Finance.
