Head of Regional Payment Operations - LATAM & MEA Region

Are you ready to shape the future of payments in Latin America, Middle East & Africa and beyond? We’re seeking a strategic and experienced Head of Regional Payment Operations to lead our teams across Latin American and Middle East & African corridors. You’ll play a key leadership role within our global Payment Operations group, directly managing senior function leads and indirectly overseeing over 40+ professionals, across multiple locations. This role is perfect for someone with deep knowledge of payment systems, and a passion for automation, compliance, and operational scalability. You’ll work alongside Product, Engineering, Banking, Treasury, and other critical stakeholders to ensure we deliver seamless payment services to customers across the world.
